I have allergies. Will I find any pet hair on your products?
Absolutely not! All Cricket and Clover products are crafted and stored in a pet free and smoke free home. Sensitive noses rejoice!
Can I wash the product?
Yes. As a mom, I don't mess around with items that I can't throw in the washing machine. Make sure you put all items in a mesh laundry bag to protect from snags and then wash in cold water. If you want to be precious about your items, lay them flat to dry. Or, keep them in the mesh bag and toss them in the dryer on low heat (that's what I do).
Note: there is a chance that end pieces of yarn that were previously tucked inside could wiggle free during washing (or other times too). If that happens, don't fret, your piece is not coming undone. Just poke those loose ends back inside with your finger and go about your day.

Yes! If you click on the customs tab above, you will find the custom order contact form as well as FAQs about custom orders.
What is your shipping policy?
I ship via USPS. Ready to ship items will ship within 3 days of purchase. Custom items will ship within 3 days of when the order is completed. Let me know via my contact page if you need your order rushed and I will do my best. Shipping times can vary greatly based on your location, weather events, carrier shipping delays, etc.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send me a message on the contact page or email cricketandclovercrochet@gmail.com within 48 hrs of delivery and we will get it worked out.
